Bootcamp - Days 10 and 11

I'm knackered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a bloody fab weekend - headed up to Palmy for the girls mid-winter Christmas "do" LOL what a laugh. Thanks Chris and your family for letting us invade you, have a great time and then bugger off again!

Rach picked me up mid day Saturday, the trip up flew past - probably because we were gas bagging so bloody much all the way! LOL I met Lyn and Lee-anne and Lynise for the first time - very cool! There wasnt one silent moment I dont think ... oh except when everyone was scoffing their faces with the delish dinner that Chris and Stew put on - with the help of our plates here and there :D

I met my goal of sticking to my plan. Worked out last night I drank 4ltrs of water - which was a little over the top, but all that dancing made me thirsty! In saying that ... um I was in bed by 11 LMAO I think the word Rachel uses is ... "nanna" LOL

Dragged myself out of bed about 8:30 this morning, then we popped into Ezibuy for a looksie and a coffee ... I bought my dressing gown ... I should take some before and after shots in it! Actually that reminds me ... my piece of string. When I started my journey I measured a piece of string around my belly because the tape measure wasnt long enough. Well last night I dragged out my piece of string to show the girls ... I managed to get it around ME ANDDDDDDDDD CHRIS - there are even photos to prove it ... wow ... it was an incredible feeling, I think there were a few of us dumbfounded.

Rachel dropped me off just after 2:00pm, gave Craig and quick smooch and then I shot into town and went to the gym. Did Programme *B* - it was hard work and I sweat alot - probably all that excess water coming out of me.

Today I feel fit and slim - but right now ... buggered! Got dinner cooking - having home made fish and chips tonight ... YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Saturday food:
Breakfast - porridge, banana, milk
Lunch - Chicken leg and thigh, pear, raw cashew nuts
Dinner - greek salad, steak! (it was primo Chris!), WW Jelly and chocolate mousse
Snacks - apple, strawberries, raw cashews
Water - 6ltrs (thats a bit silly really)
Exercise - 1 hr walk in the morning + dancing @ Chris' place

Sunday food:
Breakfast - muesli, yoghurt, banana
Lunch - chicken salad
Dinner - homemade fish n chips
Snacks - pear, trim flat white, raw cashews
Water - 3 ltrs
Exercise - 1hr programme "B" + walking around Ezibuy!
