Crikey this seems like a bloody long bootcamp when I start counting the days! LOL
This time in two weeks I'll be SHITTING myself ... 15 sleeps to goooooooooooooooooo Hard to believe I'm actually down to counting sleeps now ARGHHHHHHHHHHH
Lynise was asking about the op ... all the details (procedure, benefits, risks etc) ... can be found here. In terms of what it means for me ... I'm expecting to go down two dress sizes around my hips and waist and yep I'll have a flat belly and he's going to construct me an arse! YAY. The operation for me will be about 8 hrs on the table and it will remove about 8kgs of fat and skin. Thats bloody significant, hence why I'm aiming to be the fittest, healthiest and lightest I can be! The biggest thing that gets me excited is that I will finally be in proportion ... my hips are about 30cms bigger than my bust ... and that is purely bodyshape, without surgery that would never change!
So today I was up and atom and went into the gym, worked out for an hour - sweat buckets ... (broken record), then home "breakfasted" and finally got stuck into my housework! LOL I picked my mum up and we went up to the skating ring to watch my 6yr old niece compete, she won three throphys, medals and certificates as well as a silver plate. So proud of her, clever wee button that she is. I havent seen her skate for months and I was so impressed with how advanced her skating has become! Shes so graceful and co-ordinated :) Mum and I went out for a cuppa after that - always nice to spend time with my Mum :)
Craig and I popped up the club and had a drink ... I'm starting to get used to water at the club instead of a diet coke - only two weeks to go, just two weeks to go Leenie - stay focussed!
Right now I'm going to fill up the bath and have a relax ... I think I deserve it!
This week my diet is being shaken (scuse the pun) up again - every second day I'll be replacing two meals with shakes, the opposite days will still be one meal a day replaced. Going out for dinner with my sister-inlaw and her mates on Friday for her birthday. We are going to Electric Avenue! WOOHOO ... at least I'll be sober going there this time! LMAO
Breakfast - chicken, lettuce, cucumber sandwich (weird huh?) LOL
Lunch - chocolate shake, 60gms raw cashews, apple
Dinner - chocolate shake, pear
Snacks - trim flatwhite
Water - 3ltrs
Exercise - gym weights programme "B"

NO I don't want ya friggin bit of string! I know what I did was dumb, and I am over it already and back on track. Taught me not to go near a bloody food court when I'm starving for sure! It was $120 for the cleanse stuff and the rest was for getting my "flora" right afterwards, I think she thought I had "stooopid" on my forehead really! 15 sleeps....oooooooo so exciting!
Two weeks will be here before you know it!! I think you are very brave but can imagine how happy you will be with your new body shape and to be in proportion!
