Wow its been a busy day
Up and out to the markets for our fresh veges - veges are expensive at the moment, I spent $35! which is about $10 more than I usually do, although I did buy a couple of extras like Zuchinni's because I'm hosting lunch tomorrow and making Zuchini quiche - actually now I think about it they cost me about $8 so there ya go, maybe it was on target as usual. Then it was off to the butchers and finally stopped at Pak n Save for some grocery bits and pieces.
Home again, had breakfast, made my Leek and Potatoe soup, then got stuck into the housework. ewwwwwwwwies ... must remember to ask my sister in law if she'll do my housework for me (for a fee of course) while I'm recovering - I'm sure she wouldnt mind. Then I went out for a walk ... this is how focussed I am ... I went out for a walk and ... IT WAS RAINING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crikey I must be dedicated! Just had lunch and was chillin in front of the TV and then decided I really needed to chose which outfit I was wearing to the wedding this arvo ... I might take pics and post them ... you can vote - it'll be too late of course, but Craig has already picked for me and so I'll trust his male judgement that it makes me look the most feminine, sexy and slimmest! Speaking of slimmest ... I'm out of the teeeeeeeeeeeeenssssssss WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO - its all down hill from here :) Scales are sitting on 109.8kg - fuck I'm wrapt with that!
My game plan for the wedding - is to avoid the pre dinner nibbles and drinks, have meat and veges (avoiding the starchy carbs) and will have ONE glass of bubbles with the speeches. It was either one glass of bubbles, or a small piece of the wedding cake ... but not both ... and I've chosen the bubbles ... Craig said he'll scrape me off the floor after dinner LMAO! It's been 6 months since I've drunk alcohol!
Breakfast - cereal, yoghurt, 30gms cashews
Lunch - 150gms chicken, salad, pear, 30gms cashews
Dinner ... (will fill in tomorrow)
Snacks
Water - so far today - 2ltrs but wont go for 6 ltrs like last Saturday!
Exercise - walking around markets, housework, 50minute walk (today is my rest day afterall!)

Have a fantastic time at the wedding, enjoy your bubbles, you deserve them, and I am sure you will look gorgeous!
Yay have fun!!! 6mths with no alcohol and bubbles?? Think Craig is right, that will go straight to your head ... you'll be a pissed ol' tart!!! hehehe!!!
You are right of course, back to basics, lots of fresh stuff and cut out the booze! We do have lots more drink free days now and I'm sure these will increase. Fancy being on the Gold Coast when we are! We arrive on 22nd so maybe we could catch up for a chat if you are close by.
