Bootcamp - Day 16

Welcome to Club Leenie! LOL Another great day, 120% on track and feeling bloody good!

Breakfast - cereal, banana, yoghurt, freshly squeezed juice - carrot/beetroot/ginger
Lunch - 100gms chicken and salad, apple
Dinner - 120gms chicken and salad
Snacks - trim flat white, 65gms raw cashews
Water - 3 ltrs
Exercise - 40 mins cardio @ gym + 25min walk after dinner
