Slept through the alarm this morning so Craig didnt get to go to the gym ... but I did! :D Flexible working hours are great!
I've kinda lost enthusiasm for work at the moment, its hard to concentrate or make plans or even start new things, because I wont get things finished or be able to follow them through while I'm off work.
6 weeks is a hell of a long time to be off work - I'm sure there will only be so much day time TV I can cope with ... my biggest frustration will be sitting on my arse and not being able to exercise ... I'm just looking forward to being able to take small short walks ... bit by bit without being a bloody hero!
Eating has been great today :)
Breakfast - puffed millet, yoghurt, LSA
Lunch - Berry shake, pear
Dinner - 140gm chicken breast, steamed kumara, broccoli, cauli, silverbeat
Snacks - 100gms raw cashews
Water - 3.5ltrs
Exercise - 40mins gym cardio session + 55min walk with Jack

6 weeks is too long!!!! You will go nuts after about 3 I reckon.. so book yourself a holiday somewhere neat, go clothes shopping even!!!! You are only going to be feeling like shit for about 3 weeks anyway, then things start to look up....
3 weeks of that you will be out shopping and buying for this new body I can assume... OMG it is going to be sooooo cool.
Wohooooo not long now.
