Bootcamp - Day 18

Bloody 'ell 18 days on bootcamp, man that times just flown by! They reckon it takes 21 days to form a habit. This time in 3 weeks I'll be crapping my significantly smaller undies thinking about the op that will be happening tomorrow! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Anyway wedding was bloody awesome ... such a lovely lovely couple and I managed to keep my composure and not bawl ... I'm such a sap!!!!! I stayed well away from the hordearves and nibbles, I managed to avoid the chocolates that were on every table ... I drank about 3 ltrs of water and I didnt have any dessert!!!!!!!!!! bloody hell ... I'm a legend! So dinner was chicken, fish, cauli/brocolli, salad and three half gourmet potatoes ... and HALF a glass of bubbles with the speeches. Hmmmmmmmmmm ... I didnt even get a buzz from the booze - that really pissed me off! LMAO Maybe I havent dried out enough since March afterall! LMAO

Today I was up early and into the gym - completed weights programme "B" - was primo - felt really good afterward. Home again and made my zuchinni quiches, greek salad and focaccia bread for lunch. Family turned up around midday and we got stuck into my luncheon ... it was tasty and light - I think I did really well with the lunch - considering it was my mother in laws birthday lunch and we didnt have cake, everyone still felt it was a special meal - goes to show I didnt have to cook anything fussy or extravagant to enjoy it and not go off the rails!

We've just finished cleaning up and I managed to slice my thumb open on a glass bowl that broke in the dishwasher ... ewwwww its gross - not bad enough for stitches but bled like a stuck pig *oink*!

Tomorrow is another big day - gym in the morning - cardio, then I'm finishing work just after mid day as I am sitting my restricted practical motorcycle licence tomorrow afternoon! WOOHOO - hard to believe I've held my licence for 6 months already eh? So after tomorrow (on condition I pass of course) I get to remove my gorgeous yellow "L" plates! Trude will be a star tomorrow arvo! At least the weather isnt forecast to rain now! hehe

I've got a new diet plan for next week ... its pretty drastic, but I'll be down to my final two weeks pre-op and I need to make sure NOTHING, screws up my op day. Will fill you all in later in the week - some of you wont like it one bit, but its only two weeks and its the last of the desperation stakes. Holy crap ... 3 weeks to go!

Breakfast - puffed millet, yoghurt, two tsps grnd almond, linseed, sunflower (LSA)
Lunch - bowl of leek and potatoe soup, one slice of focaccia bread, 1/8th of zucchini quiche, greek salad
Dinner - 150gms baked gurnard, 1tsp pesto, lettuce, 30gms raw cashews
Snacks - none
Water - 3ltrs
Exercise - Gym weights programme "B"

ohhhh,,,, fingers crossed everything goes well for your licence.

And a HUGE YIPEEEEE on getting out of the teens. That must feel so awesome. I can't wait until I see figures like that popping up on my scales. On my current plan (challenge) I am aiming to be hitting those numbers around the first week of October. (9kg to go)

So friggin what if people don't like what you have planned for the next two weeks, it's your body and you can do whatever you bloody want.... and it's for a good cause! You WILL be on that table on the designated day, I am 100% sure of it!
