Bootcamp - Day 13

Another wonderful day in Leenie paradise LOL

Was working down at another building today, as they say a change is as good as a holiday ... wouldnt exactly call it a holiday, but hey change of scenery was quite freshing!

I think I've read and reread my surgery pack about 3 times now ... I have to give myself a pube shave ... every time I read that it gives me the giggles!!!!!!!!!!!! Not that I'm sprouting the Kaingaroa forest down there or anything, but it just makes me giggle ... sick puppy that I am! LOL

Said goodbye to my brother this evening, hes on his way back to Brissie tomorrow morning - wont see him again for a while. My family is nuts. Never a dull moment ... trust me on that one.

Just realised got a bloody full on weekend - cooking on Sat morning, wedding on Saturday afternoon, lunch for my mother-in-laws bday on Sunday. All of these events focus on food ... arghhhhhhhhhhhh ... I WILL BE STRONG ... WILL BE STRONG!

Now I've got a little dilema ... someone in thier infinite wisdom came up with a really good suggestion ... I need to find a nightshirt that has buttons down the front ... so that post surg i dont need to be lifting my arms over my head to get a nightie on and off ... well do you think I can find a bloody nightshirt with buttons right down the front ... keep an eye out for me will ya?

Right ... weigh in tomorrow night ... post me your predictions please ... Rachel said 1.7, Felicity said 1.9 ... man you ladies have got a lot of faith in me! THANKS! *smooches*

Breakfast - cereal, yoghurt, banana
Lunch - subway wrap - chicken, ham and salad
Dinner - 100gms bbq marinated chicken and salad
Snacks - apple, trim flat white
Water - 3ltrs
Exercise - Weights programme *A* ... man that ones a tuffie!

I won't predict a weight but I know whatever it is you will kick arse!! You are doing an amazing job - aren't you nervous about the surgery... ahhhhhh.....

Ummmmm....1.9 as well. *smirk* about the pube shave, don't forget you don't have to take it all off! As for the nightie, don't worry about it... Craig can help you and lifting your arms isn't that bad actually... you just do it slow... and come to think of it... I don't remember that being a problem. You don't need a granny nightie. I have every confidence you will be 100% good over the weekend, you have tunnel vision right not and nothing is going to tempt you!

ok, my prediction is 1.8kg.
I found a nightie with buttons at postie plus. (bought it for my short stay in Hospital at Christmas when i had my wisdom teeth pulled and only own PJ's)
Its very grannyish, but sounds like what your wanting so give them a try.
I've already turffed the thing off to the sallies, otherwise I could have sent it down to you.

I'm predicting 1.1kg ... I think you totally deserve a 2-3kg loss but given your massive loss last week, sometimes our bodies are not nice in that department.
