Bootcamp - Day 28

I've done it ... managed to have another loss .600gms! yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee thats during my TOM so I'm pretty happy with that. So thats my official night time weigh, tomorrow morning will be the important one. I'm still going to go hard this coming week, I dont want to take any chances on those damn hospital scales and get turned away. Just 11 days to go! Focus Leenie focus!

Had a full on day of meetings, it was good to have my cardio session at the gym this morning, it revved me up for the day! Starting to hand over my work to my stand in - wow its starting to get so real now!

Janene left a comment yesterday about how she'd be stressed out to the max ... well guess what ... I AM STRESSED OUT TO THE MAX lol so thats why I'm staying so focussed on my food, it stops me freaking out about everything else. The thing that worries me the most is Craig ... he's the poor bastard that has to pace the floors on the day of the op, then see me all hooked up with tubes and wires and stuff like a suicide bomber and then look after me for a gazillion years - thats going to take a lot more effort and energy than me sitting on my arse being waited on hand and foot and complaining that I'm fucking sore! LOL So while he's worrying about me, I'm worrying about him! Anyway, I'm trying to keep calm and not become an emotional wreck but it is bloody hard.

Ok so tomorrow is my last PT session with Hamish ... our partnership is about to draw to a close and that makes my heart a little sad too. I'd love to keep working with him post op, but unfortunately I need to spending the money I save each week from him on ... NEW CLOTHES lol Our paths will still cross every six weeks when I get him to give me a new programme. I only hope my muscles will last an hour with him tomorrow LOL He's going to redo my measurements - I cant wait for that - its gunna be big! I'm meeting Sue for a cuppa tomorrow and I PWOMISE I wont be gwumpy! :) I wasnt gwumpy when I met Karen for a cuppa this arvo!

Breakfast - puffed millet, yoghurt, LSA
Lunch - berry shake, apple
Dinner - 170gms gurnard, 1tsp pesto, baked spud, salad
Snacks - pear
Water - 2.5ltrs
Exercise - 50 min cardio session at gym

Hmmmm, new clothes YEP YEP YEP, you are going to have some serious fun mate!!! And yep, those hospital scales weighed me 2 kilos heavier on the day..... bastard things.

It is a bit daunting to think about especially as it gets closer. You are a very brave woman! Lots to look forward to after it's over though - and you know it will be worth it.

You sure weren't gwumpy when we met for the cuppa! It was awesome catching up with you and I still so gutted that I am the only one not able to make it on Sunday! :( But am sure you gals will have a fantastic time anyway!
Can't wait to hear how your weight and measurements went this morning...
