Ok well ... I had a big dump this morning and the scales at the gym showed a loss of 400gms. Still not that impressed but kinda understandable after last weeks loss. I'm 400gms behind my target now so I need a good loss next week to get me back on target.
I've only got two more sessions with Hamish ... thats a bit spooky!
Man, little did I know how much of a traumatic emotional rollercoaster ride was this diet business going to be. I mean the last three years have been about lifestyle change and good habits ... now I'm dieting and I dont FARKIN like it ... not one bit. I dont like the inflexibility and the highs and lows that go with it! but its just 3.5 more weeks thats it ... just 3.5 more weeks I will do this.
Speaking of emotional highs and lows, had a super high today - Jo you gorgeous thang, sent me a card ... homemade and very deep and thoughtful, of course it made me cry *giggle* but the timing couldnt have been more perfect! thanks babe!
Two more sessions with Hamish ... far out. I think hes making up for it now, we did a circuit this morning, but only 4 exercises and then rowing in between - it was good, really energising and of course sweat bucketloads! Cardio tomorrow morning - looking forward to that.
Breakfast - spelt flakes, banana, yoghurt
Lunch - 100gms chicken, spinach salad, pear
Dinner - 120gms steak, salad
Snacks - none
Water - 3ltrs
Exercise - 1 hr PT session with Hamish, two walks into town from work + 15 min walk after dinner comin up!

Hang in there Leenie!! Not too long now! Just think.. when you are recovering from your op you CANT go to the gym, so you're gonna get a rest, hehe.
Part of me says "no way! with how good you were on the weekend at Chris's to only lose 400gms!! That's cruel!!" But the other part says you had an amazing loss last week and you can't lose like that every week ... so overall chickey that's an awesome loss!!
