4:30am the dogs woke up and wanted to go out, stumble through the dark, let the little buggers out, stumble back to bed and wait for the alarm to go off.
5:00am alarm goes off ... aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh crapolas! drag my arse out of bed, stumble out to the laundry, let the little buggers back in ... then crawled back into bed ... oops!
6:00am alarm goes off again ... aaaaaaaaahhhhhhh crapolas! drag my arse out of bed, stumble into the bathroom and go through my morning routine.
Crikey!
Started work today with an 8:00am meeting ... 8 bloody am! crazy people. The morning DRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGED along. I was thinking of being back up in my beloved Hahei Beach, sitting in my jammies watching the world go by LOL
Midday ... WEIGH DAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ... the first one in a month! I was expecting a gain and I was rewarded with a big fat 1.1kg ... which is not bad considering the amount of booze I've drunk the last couple of weeks. I also went back through my book and found I am now exactly the same weight I was back in September last year. Gee Helena, you really are doing fantastically NOT!
Good grief, thats a silly waste of money isnt it .... 6 months of no weightloss. Yeah ok, so my fitness is primo and my body is looking trimmer and more toned. Body and mind are used to 118.2kg? I dont think so! I got down to 114.9kg with my Sept/Oct boot camp so I need to take a leaf out of my own book and get on with it.
So in saying that Day Two Detox had a challenge today. I had a cup of coffee. Dern. Other than that I was perfect. Although I have to say I feel bloody tired. Not sure if thats the Detox or just the whole thing of being back at work following my holiday break. Combo of both I'm picking - things arent going to get any better losing an hour with daylight savings this weekend either. Here I am, its 10:00pm and I'm updating my journal instead of sleeping *doh*
Day Two
Breakfast - Vogels Toast (4 pieces) + banana (I was starving!)
Morning Tea - Apple, Kiwifruit
Lunch - Half a tin of salmon, 4 pieces of vogels, salad, nectarine
Afternoon Tea - cup of coffee, nuts & seeds
Dinner - 200gms white fish, salad, kumara/potatoe, corn on cob
+4 bottles of Water, 12 detox herbal tablets
I worked it out to be 25 pts.

I'm sure with your attitude you will turn the six months of no loss around! As you said you are trimmer and more toned. And you are back on track now so all go from here!!
Leenie... I have the same thing... I am yoyoing since September last year..
Why do we do it huh? I am tired of my excuses but I can't seem to find a way to get on with it and lose.
