I've lost 80kg since January 2004. 70kgs through eating well and exercising my arse off and then another 10kg through a lower body lift operation in September 07. This is where I vent, skite, bitch, moan, whine, celebrate, commiserate and think! - welcome on board :)

Love it, it is so true.......gonna print it out and put it up round the house. How many times do we say "if I had stuck at this last year, last whatever, I would be where I want to be".
