The weekends are beginning to blur!

Good grief, the weekends are just rolling into one another these days. Mind you, the weeks are just the same.

I'm not going to be around much this week - lots of out and about.

Last night it was just a nice cosy night in by the fire - we were in bed by 10 and I still managed to sleep in until 9:30 this morning! I initially woke up at 6:30, read a book for about 30 minutes and then nodded off! Craig didnt wake me, bless him and it was only cos I was busting for a pee that I woke up! LOL god knows what time i would have slept until otherwise! I felt guilty for not going to the gym since Wednesday so I jumped in Tweetie and took off into town. I had a fantastic 1 hour cardio session (arc trainer hill climing, spin biking and 30 mins on the treadmill climbing up hill and down dale) finished it off with a good dosing of swiss ball core strength stuff and a liberal splash of stretches.

Got home and Craig had the Triumph and Trude ready to take out. We headed up to the Blue Mountains Cafe again and I had a gorgeous spicey hot chicken salad, a glass of OJ and ... a coffee!!!!!!!!!!! it was fab too - just felt like a coffee for some reason. After lunch we went for a ride up the Cossie and stopped in for beer/diet coke and then I thought I'd pop round and see Mum, who turned out wasnt home so I carried on riding on Trude for another hour or so.

We had a gorgeous roast lamb leg for dinner, steamed veges - delish!

Tomorrow is going to be a full on day! Meeting Hamish first thing for my last weigh in for a couple of weeks - TOM is so close I can feel it in my bones damn it!

Food:
Breakfast/Lunch - spicey chicken breast, salad, slide of bread, orange juice, trim coffee
Dinner - lamb roast, cauli, brocolli, beans, gravy
Snacks - can of diet coke
Water - 2 ltrs
