Hump Day

Wednesday ALREADY! ... crikey

I woke up really alert today, sort of opened my eyes and didnt feel groggy or tired, but instead ready to bounce outta bed and hit the gym ... which is exactly what we did @ 5:00am LOL I did feel a bit fatigued though ... wondering if thats from the lack of carbs ... hmmmmm not sure ... however, I have one thing on my mind ...

I AM NOT ROWING 10,000 METRES ... tomorrow - April 12th was my goal date with Hamish ... so when I jump on those scales tomorrow morning I better well have reached my 2.6kg goal or there is going to be a very VERY disappointed Leenie. Not to mention a very grumpy tired Leenie after rowing 10,000 metres ...

however I AM NOT GOING TO HAVE TO ROW 10,000 METRES so I dont need to think about being tired and grumpy LOL

self affirmation ... lets see if it works!

With all that in mind, I had a fantastic work out this morning despite feeling a little fatigued. I had a couple of fantastic meetings at work this morning and then spent this afternoon at home doing some reading for study and work. I also managed to take Jack out for a walk this afternoon before the predicted rain arrived!

While I was out walking I got tooted at didnt know who the hell it was but it wasnt any hunky males thats for sure lol Got home and found a text from Rose saying it was her and her daughter ... made my day - she said I was looking good :D

Had some devine fresh fish for dinner tonight, I smothered the fillets in pesto and then baked it in the oven ... god it was DELICIOUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Other than that it was just another day in the life of Leenie *shrug*

Food:
Breakfast - cereal, seeds, banana, yoghurt
Lunch - salad, ham, cashew nuts, apple
Dinner - fresh fish, pesto, salad
Snacks - pear, slice of wholegrain bread with peanut butter
Water - 3ltrs

Here's hoping you don't have to row 10,000! Good luck.
