Tryin something new

guess what I'm doing in two weeksssssssssssssssssssssssssssss *excited*

I'm going to a kickboxing class with Chubbymum in Hamiltonnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!

hehe ok, I'll probably turn beet red and pass out after about 10 minutes but it sounds like great fun!

I'm going to be vamoosing for a couple of weeks for work, boy will I have my work cut out for me - I have to be on my best diet behaviour and I plan on working out every day wherever I am! Unfortunately wont be able to blog while I'm away, unless I can find internet access at Hotels or something *shrug* no drama,

I'm a tough biker gal I can cope without internet! yeah right

Anywho, its been a manic day in paradise today. Started that day at 5, off to the gym - felt a bit fatigued this morning and didnt do a full workout, worked up a sweat and managed to balance on my swiss ball for three songs so pretty happy. Got a couple of things finished at work so extremely happy about that. Didnt stop for lunch until well after 1, stomach was rumbling big time!

I went out for a walk tonight too ... left Jack at home (sorry ChrisH, hes not a real boy, got converted many years ago LOL) - I like having him with me, cos that way I dont feel so self conscious about rolling down the road looking like *the fat chick who needs to exercise*, but the silly little bugger piddles about 12 times on average, and tops it off with a couple of dumps usually as well. Of course being the resopnsible dog owner that I am, I alway pick it up - but the whole process probably adds another 15 minutes of stop starting on top of my walk! However, he needs to be walked and I need to be walked so its only ocassionally I got out without him. Calais is an older lass now, shes also had leg problems (two operations) so I leave her at home with dad.

I meant to say yesterday, I felt really tall and slim on my walk. I was having a slim day. As I was walking down the road, I kept looking down thinking wow its a long way down there and my legs appeared trim to me. Quite a neat feeling actually LOL

Anyway, been gas bagging on the phone for an hour, need to finish this little bit of study and then hit the hay. I have another training session with Hamish tomorrow mornin and weigh in - hell its only been 4 days since I saw him last - not sure how that will go.

Ooh yeah I knicked a countdown clock off Jaxx - holy crap 132 days?????? *bites nails*

Food
Breakfast - cereal, seeds, banana, yoghurt
Lunch - mesculin lettuce, red pepper, cucumber, ham, two kiwifruit
Dinner - chicken and blackbean vege stirfry
Snacks - raw cashews (120gms), apple, lemon tea
Water - 3 ltrs

Yes you better get your backside up off that phone talking (to wonderful lovely people like me he he) and get some study done.

Internet cafe abound, I expect you to update woman! Ain't ya got a laptop? Essential equipment mate! You will have fun with Mandy, she's nice!
