Celebrate good times ...

I've got that song in my head at the moment, probably because I have to create a presentation on behalf of our team to present at our corporate group offsite session next Thursday, and its about "celebrating our successes" I'm picking I might make it quite funky and some how attach an audio clip to it ... hence why the song is in my mind at the moment ... all very technical!

Thursday was a disappointment for me ... only lost 300gms last week - couldnt quite work that one out, looking back at my food journal everything seems to be ok, a couple of indescretions around white bread but nothing startling. Oh well, lets see what this week holds. Had a fantastic work out with Hamish as always - walking freakin lunges with a 10kg powerbag on my back ARGHHHHHHHHHH - they are bloody hard work! Deadlifts, pressups off the bose ball, shoulder press with 10kg powerbag, squat press and curls with 9kg dumbells and then another crazy swiss ball challenge, laying with shoulders on the ball, lift middle up so like a table top, then lift one leg off the ground ... farkkkkkkkkkk thats really hard, cant hold that for long.

We went and saw Wild Hogs on Thursday night at the movies - it was funny, silly funny - Dukes of Hazzard kinda funny - if you are into bikes (or John Travolta *dribble*) and want some light hearted comedy - its ok. It was nice for us to have a mid week outing together - makes something different to do.

Friday I had to take Trude into town to Wellington Motorcycles for her 1,000k service - I rode in peak traffic - piece of cake - I'm feeling really confident now - not over confident to do something stoopid, but just confident enough that I know I wont stall, or do any dodgy cornering or forget stuff. Busy busy day at work, a few meetings and some training and then some boring schmoring admin filing tidy up stuff - every job has it and I bloody hate it :( I left a little earlier to go pick up Trude. When I got there the guy at the Service Dept was asking me how it was all going and then he looked at me kinda sheepish and said ... I have to tell you, that the Service boys were all really impressed with your bike, they all had a go on her and reckon shes really well put together ... *giggle* so there ya go, even the boys that riding the "big dont screw with me Harleys" think my 250 Suzuki is cool LOL

Up early this morning and went down to the markets to buy our fruit and veges - for $20 I bought a hugeeeeeeee cauli, large broccolli, bok choy, two bulbs garlic, red onion, potatoes, yellow/red & orange pepper, mushrooms, apples, spring onions, lettuce and cucumber. I thought that was really reasonable and its always soooooooo fresh. So after that little expedition we carried on to the gym - had a good cardio workout, even ran on the treadmill ARGHHHHHHHH - I hate the way everything wobbles ... its just so bloody uncomfortable - thank god for granny knickers and sports bras that hold everything together! On the way home we stopped at the butcher and bought our meet for the fortnight and then dashed home, got changed and went out on the motorbikes.

I wanted to do the Wainui hill, I thought that would be a good predessesor to the Rimutakas! The hill was a piece of cake and we carried on out to the south coast. Fantastic day for riding - the sea was so calm, which is really unusual for down the coast. Glad I packed the camera! On the way home I stopped in at a girlriends and had a glass of water and a natter for an hour, home, lunch (2:00pm by now!) LOL, housework and then I did some study. Got an essay done and decided I needed to clear my head and took Jack out for a walk! Once the sun goes down it gets bloody cold quick!

So tonight its a nice evening just relaxing with a bit of telly, still trying to get my holiday photo album finished - what a bloody mammoth task thats turning out to be!

Breakfast - cereal, seeds, yoghurt, peaches

Lunch - 2 slices molenberg, ham, lettuce, cucumber, apple

Dinner - pork butterfly steak, zuchini frittata, lime WW jelly
