Feels like Saturday!

My personal body clock needs a damn swift kick! I woke up at 5:38am! arghhhhhhhhh Well I suppose it is a Wednesday after all ....

We lay in bed and chatted until it was time to get up, I jumped on Trude, Craig in the car and we headed into town. I parked Trude at work then we carried on to the gym. Had a fantastic bloody workout - full cardio - crikey I sweat like there was no tomorrow - arc trainer, bike and treadmill - running and hill climing ... bloody hell.

Craig dropped me back at work and I stayed there until 1:30pm getting some study done - really pleased I finished a full unit and put it in the post and now I'm halfway through both of the other two units. They kinda go hand in hand so I can use similar activities for the both of them which is great cos it cuts down lots of time! Thankfully Craig rang me and asked what time I was coming home because I was so engrossed I didnt realise it was after 1!

After I got home we decided to pop up the Cossie for a drink with mates - man there were some pissed old codgers there who were overindulging in the ANZAC spirit - hehe good on them - bet there will be a few hangovers around tomorrow! I was very impressed, I got all my diet cokes free as I was the "designated driver", which is the way it should be - I took three drinkers up to the club so its a good incentive to promote sensible no drink driving!

Got home and started making phone calls, inviting people to my brother's pot luck birthday dinner - hes coming over from Oz and I've agreed to host is birthday party for him ... what the hell was I thinking - as if I dont have enough stuff going on right now! LOL As they say, always ask a busy person to get something done. It's bloody true!

Tomorrow and Friday are offsite planning days at work - taking Trude in the morning as there are drinks after the session and I dont want to catch a train home! LOL

Food today:
Breakfast - cereal, seeds, banana, yoghurt
Lunch - 4 lite cruskets with peanut butter
Dinner - steak, salad, feta cheese, WW jelly and non fat icecream
Snack - cashews
Water - omg ... I've only had 1ltr! BUGGER BUGGER BUGGER!

Have to agree with your comment about always asking a busy person to get something done. You are right - that is true. Good on you gymming and working yesterday.

Also your comment about writing children's books. I've played around with that and Devin loves them. LOL then he starts getting involved and the stories change.

Love the counter on the side!!!

Yum, your days food sounds great. Laughing at cluster map, NZ and Aussie are completely blocked out.

What are you studying, know you probably have posted somewhere but I'm being lazy arse!!

Great to hear you have one unit finished....phew!

Glad to hear Trude is getting as much time on the road as possible before the winter sets in.

Only 1 litre of water??? I can't remember how long it has been since you drank such a small amount of water..........I bet you felt it? I always feel sluggish if I haven't drank my water.
