Wow, pretty powerful stuff if you stop and think about it. I sometimes wonder if I am living in a dream world. At the moment all my dreams seem to be coming true, yeah the odd thing has a bit of a hiccup, but everything I've wanted I've got. Is that because I am naturally "lucky" or do I play my cards so that they come up trumps more often than not? Like take risks? This seems to have happened more frequently in the last 4 years, when I made a conscious decision to change my life. When I decided that I didnt want to die early and have a fat coffin LOL When I decided that I was fast approaching middle age and in reality my days left on this earth were less than the days I'd already lived. Ouch hows that for a reality check? Pretty deep eh?

Ok, so another great sleep last night, got picked up by a girlfriend and went out for coffee this morning, had a lovely time. We also popped up to PostiePlus to check out their sale - bumped into the delightful Rachel going into the shop - god she's lookin skinny - bloody fabulous! Hopefully we'll have a catch up for a quick cuppa this arvo. I bought some jeans, elastic waist, long and boot leg - perfect for riding Trude in the interim until I get to buy real jeans. Yep I'm getting back on Trude this weekend - hopefully the weather will be kind!
I'm going back to work tomorrow, just a half day - I doubt much work will get done, more like gossiping and coffeeing! LOL Havent told anyone, just thought I'd turn up in the morning looking fabulous - which reminds me ... I need to do some ironing and trying on - oh the dilema of deciding which gorgeous outfit to wear for my first day back. I feel like I'm on one of those makeover shows - where the person disappears for a couple of months and then turns up and shocks everyone LMAO! Cool huh?

I love that feeling, it sort of was what i felt like on my wedding day, as noone ever sees me dressed up, that was just before I had my panic attack!!

Would love to see your work mates reaction - what a buzz! Weight loss is so gradual - but then you've gone a step further and had a further more or less instant transformation. Take care - and have a good first half day.

Can't wait to hear how you got on at work. The look on their faces will be priceless.
Anyway, in regards to coffee on Sunday, I'm not 100% sure what I'm up to in the morning. I am suppose to be having brunch at 11 with some others who are attending the reunion and as Saturday night will be a late one, I don't imagine I will be capable of getting anyone prior to 11am.
I would have loved to catch up with you and see you in person but may need to rain check this time. I think I am back down in Wellington in December as Warren and I have commercial storage down there (for our business) so we will have to go down and sort it all out sometime after the move as the company we are both directors of is being liquidated so we have to get some of the things up for the new owners of the farm.
(don't ask why its stored in Wgtn, its a rediculous reason. lol)
