Put on a kilo this week ... A WHOLE FLAMIN KILO ... holy crap. Easy enuff to say ... how did that happen? Bourbon, nuts, french fries and lack of exercise last week is how it happened I'm pickin ... not really rocket science. Although I thought a whole kilo was a bit much of a lesson to learn sheesh!
So yeah, feeling athletic but fat!
OK I need to get hold of Jo's gogo juice and give myself a rev up.
No count is doing ok so far. Back to basics. One step at a time ... AGAIN.
A prayer for the Stressed
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change
The courage to change the things I cannot accept
and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those I killed today cos they got on my nerves.
Also, help me to be careful of the toes I step on today,
as they may be connected to the feet I may have to kiss tomorrow.
Help me give 100% at work:
- 12% on Monday
- 23% on Tuesday
- 40% on Wednesday
- 20% on Thursday
- 5% on Friday
and help me to remember ... when I am having a bad day and it seems that people are trying to wind me up ...
It takes 42 muscles to frown, 28 to smile and only 4 to extend my arm and smack someone in the mouth!

Argh for gains - hate them! I'm sure this week will be better - you've got that trip to think of, :-)
BUGGER!!!! But we all know you will be rid of that gain in no time at all you and between and Jo there will be no stopping ya gals!
Those gains aren't the nicest things and I should know I have have a few large ones over the last few weeks but I changed that last night and had a good loss.
