Enuff for a Mallowpuff?

depends on whether I'm referrin to "one" mallowpuff or "one" packet. Comin to the realisation that I'm not suppose to live life without thinking about what I'm shovin in my gobb. Rather harsh reality, but the sooner I get my head around that the sooner I'll stop doing my head in!

Day started off primo with a fantastic cardio workout at the gym. First time I've done a full cardio session in agesssssss (pre christmas). I even braved it and jumped on my friend the arc trainer!

10 mins treadmill - weightloss programme alternates between 6.4kph, 8 incline & 8kph, 0 incline
10 mins arc trainer - lvl 5 arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
5 mins rowing machine, can still manage to row 1000mtrs in 4mins 11 seconds
15 mins bike - lvl 8
10 mins treadmill - weightloss programme again

Really felt it in my arse and calves - will see if I can walk tomorrow hehe

Today I finally bit the bullet and decided to ring and make an appointment with Natalie - Bruce's replacement. She's the one that DOESNT inspire me and I've been putting off meeting with her because of it ... stoopid really. When I rang I was advised she if finishing up at the end of the week - YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE - so I asked for Hamish, which is who I wanted to get to replace my beloved Brucie!

For some reason the ladies just dont inspire me, maybe I need that male influence to make me work harder ... maybe I just like compliments and encouragement from boys more than girls! *cracking up* So my reprogramme is set for next Thursday afternoon. Cant wait!

Went for my walk with Jo tonight ... man that babe is fired up and its bloody infectious! She wondered when we got home why she was sweating and puffin and I wasnt ... didnt have the heart to tell her she'd done all the gasbagging so she had to work harder than me LMFAO! A full body workout includes the jaw and lungs!

Food today has been bloody fantastic, bought some fresh fish for dinner so we had homemade fish'n'chips yummmmmmmy!

Got the day off tomorrow, spending my day with my two sisters and Mum. I think we are catching a flick at The LightHouse Cinema and grabbing a bite to eat. Should be fun. Got photos of the new newest additions to our family, my great nephew Billy (2yrs old) and his new wee bubba sista Jessie only a week old. Sounds funny saying I'm a great aunt, I have 4 great nieces and 4 great nephews - thats what happens when you have ancient brothers and sisters LOL thank god they dont read this blog!

Wow the levels on the cross trainer and that are fantastic.

I find it hard to walk and talk that is for sure. Sometimes I do more work when I am walking by myself because I concentrate on the walking etc.

It is great having a buddy sometimes that is for sure.

How cute are the photos hun they are sooo cute.

Love CM
