Today I am a machine

Well my lethargic blahhhhhhhh crappiness has gone, gone GONEEEEEEEEEE! yay!

I hate when I feel like that, I cant explain what it is, its just a sense of ... I cant be bothered. However Craig informed me this afternoon I have a rash on the back of my neck, bottom of my hairline ... hmmmmmmm its not itchy, its not sore, its just red spotties ... maybe the heat? I'll keep an eye no that.

So this morning I had a wee sleep in and went into town with Craig. I hit the gym at 7:50am and left the gym at 10:30am ... yep I workout for two hours ... TWO HOURS ... it was incredible.

I started with the treadmill high incline and fast walking ... killed my butt! then onto my friend the arc trainer - hill interval programme and then on the bike. Thennnnnnnnn I went and did my strength programme which Hamish gave me. I increased the sets from two to three on everything! I was rockin and rollin - that took me about 50mins to complete and then I felt recharged again so I jumped back on the treadmill, arc trainer and then finished it off with a 1000mtr sprint on the rowing machine! ... Crikey - over an hour of pure cardio YIPPEEEEE

I thoroughly enjoyed my soak in the shower thats for sure! BLISSSSSSSSSSSSSS Whoever would have thought a shower was a great "reward" LOL!

Didnt get to work until about 10:45 ... I was the only one there! I got heaps done ... I've been so conscious that after this week I'm not going to be there for two weeks so I was worried everything would be a crazy mad dash on Friday. Thats really theo nly reason for going in today - to save me the grief later in the week!

Sorted Sunday out now ... yay! I know when and how I'm getting there and back - just need the Palmy girls to sort out the venue and we're done.

I've eaten like the bestest WeightWatcher in the world today. Drank a load of water and came home with energy to burn so I took Jack out for a 45min walk. Managed to get home before it was dark so thats cool.

It's sticky warm today I've got the doors and windows open - wouldnt surprise me if we have amazing thunderstorms tonight or a bloody big earthquake .... the harbour was flat as a pancake.

Roast chicken for dins - WOOHOO :D

Yay for feeling better and having a fantastic day!! :-) And I agree about the shower thing - especially when you have been working hard. Amazing how 'non food' rewards start to seem even better than any food reward you could give yourself!
