far out nearly a week down already ... yippeeeeeeeeeeee
I completed my "B" circuit programme at the gym this morning.
1000 mtr rowing warm up
12 double deadlifts with 20kg bar
12 bent arm rows on the swiss ball - 9kg dumbell
8 Single leg squats - 8 each leg (these farkin hurt!)
24 Bent row and curls - 5kg dumbells
12 Swiss ball press ups
8 body weight tricep dips
750mtrs rowing machine
So that little circuit got done 3 times. Sweat like a pig and was absolutely stuffed at the end of it. My chest is chocka at the moment, been coughing up phlegm and am watching myself. If its not cleared up come Thursday, I'll be making myself a Dr's appt - last thing I need is a chest infection. I wonder what would happen if I have to go on antibiotics, would that affect my surgery? *bites nails*
Food has been good, although my apetite is really not there, I'm just eating because I HAVE TO.
Exciting news today - I passed my National Certificate :) My tutor emailed me to say he'd passed me on my 8th and final unit and I've gained my Nat Cert Qualification ... yay me! Very pleased about that, took my colleagues out for a coffee this morning to celebrate. One of the girls bought me a lovely pot plant and a card ... was very sweet - I feel very spoilt at the moment.
