Stinky Farts

Crikey I'm rotten at the moment ... I have no idea what that is about because I havent changed anything in my eating????!!!!????

Had my session with Hamish this morning ... I lost 600gms ... not particularly happy with that, in fact not happy at all. It's weird because I've been good but I felt heavy this morning ... obviously something in my body isnt playing that game and there isnt much I can do about that.

Anyway, had a fantastic session with The Punisher today - walking lunges with 10kg dumbells, front weighted squats, bose ball press ups, bent row and curl with 8kg dumbells, arnies and reverse arnies with 3kg dumbells, and three sessions on the rowing machine arghhhhhhhhhhhhh He's also given me a new programme for the next couple of weeks - in a last ditch effort to drop some lard. Basically a bootcamp for 14 days ... just 14 days I think I can manage that. I'm not meeting him next week - hes taking some time out for himself and hitting the slopes - how rude! LOL I told him to make sure he came back in one piece cos I needed him over the next 6 weeks. 6 weeks ... thats all thats left. Obviously I've been preparing physically for it over the last 6 months, but now I'm mentally preparing for it. I went and saw my Dr this arvo - going to get my blood tests done next week. My blood pressure was up 160/80 - she wasnt concerned, thought it was probably stress and excitement of being at the Dr's - I'd also got myself wound up getting to the Dr's cos the train broke down @ Waterloo and Craig had to come pick me up and get me to the Docs LOL I'd also had quite a hard discussion with my boss today which wound me up a bit! So just to make sure I need to pop in and see the nurse next week sometime and get my blood pressure rechecked when I was in a better "state" LOL my reading in March was 124/80 which is near on txt book.

I've also started reading about pre and post surgery nutrition - its one of the things I'll be talking to my surgeon about also. In terms of upping protein, making sure I'm fully hydrated and I'm not low on any key vitamins etc.

For a treat this afternoon I bought myself some dates and dried apricots ... man they tasted good - maybe thats what's made me so stinky! LMAO!

yes my significantly smaller hiney is feeling the cold weather...actually I thought of you tonight when I seen the weather for you tomorrow cold showery and generally raw.

I was talking today about my friend who has been on waiting list for 6mths for a life changing op that was YOU wow 6 weeks to go you are probably counting down like I am for my grandbaby 12th of Aug can't come soon enough.

blood pressures can change for the slightest reasons ... I wouldn't be worried. Like you say if you were stressed getting there that will put it up. BPs are more important on getting a pattern i.e. if you BP goes up and up for a couple of hours or changes however if your sick. Just a guide line in giving us some clues as to what's going on in the body. Ok I'm rambling now!! lol

As for farts on the other hand ... now that's dangerous!!!!

I know you are disappointed but it IS 600g OFF sweets. I think you are doing fantastically!

600 grams is still great - all heading downwards and all those losses add up!
