I know we've heard that a few times now over the last 3 and a half years ... but this bootcamp is going to be one of the most important bootcamps of my weightloss career!
I went and saw Dr Masters again this afternoon. I am a fattie and havent lost enough weight ... I need to lose 4kgs in three weeks or my surgery will be postponed ... I'm so fucking angry at myself tonight and I know I shouldnt be cos I've worked really hard these last 5 months, but I am so of course I'm sitting here bawling like a baby feeling sorry for myself. Not so sorry that I'm turning to comfort food however. So yep ... once again bootcamp starts. I have Hamish again tomorrow morning (I met him yesterday also) and we'll devise a new plan of attack for the next three weeks.
If you thought I was anal about food and exercise already, you might wanna stop reading my journal for the next few weeks, cos my ONLY focus is going to be me and my weightloss. This isnt about the holistic being healthy thing, this is purely about dropping enough lard to be under a BMI of 32. Thats the line in the sand or all my hopes and dreams get put on hold for a period of time. I'm a goal setter and getter so that AINT going to happen. Last time I was told if I didnt meet a goal I was rowing 10,000 metres, this is bigger than that so I will get there - no ifs or buts (pardon the pun).
The good thing that came out of it, was hes still very passionate about my surgery, and we wants to do it. We are going to do my arse Chris and there is nothing you can say which will make me change my mind LOL Everyone is different and I'm prepared to take the risk that my results will be different to your results *blows kiss* LOL
He took my photos - all 8 of them from every angle in my bra and knickers ... his scales weigh heavier than my scales, but thats what we have to go on so I cant go make whiney excuses like that - I'm still the lightest I've ever been and that makes me very excited and the next 7 kgs will put me into the twilight zone ...
I'm committed and I'm going for it. I'll be posting again every day - food, feelings and exercise - I need YOUR support more than ever ... I dont want sympathy I want reality.
Let's go!

It will be great to see the food up there because then I can use it too he he he.
You go girl!!
You know you can do it and so do I.
Love Chubbymum
Was thinking of you and how it was going today! I'm sure with that attitude you will do it!! Determination plus!
Must be disappointing to not the weight you want after all that hard work. Will look forward to seeing how you are going when we get back.
I will not say a thing about me arse then, it isn't THAT bad, just different. It LOOKS good, I'll give it that! So, you are coming to my party, and NO ONE is going to let you have anything but lettuce leaves... you have to get to 'goal' mate, no matter what!!!! John is going to see you and chop you up on the DESIGNATED DAY and that is all there is to it... you CAN DO THIS, AND YOU WILL !!! I am so sure you can, you know you can.... so go for it... 4kgs is totally doable mate.... lots of water, lots of exercise, not too much muscle building ones though..... come on, I and hundreds of others are totally behind you, flat arse and all.....
Right - not the result we wanted from your dear Doctor but he didn't say NO.
4kgs sounds like a big number to lose in 3 weeks but break it down into weeks and it is only 1.33333333333333 not a problem.
I definately agree with Chris as far as making sure you aren't doing any muscle building routines at the gym and I'm sure living on vegetable soup isn't going to be too hard now is it?
This IS going to happen mate, no matter what and you are nearly at the finish line. I know I don't need to tell you to focus because you are 'queen of focus' so just try not to stress (I know, easy for me to say) and just get on with it - YOU CAN DO IT.
What a great way to get that determination going!!! We all know you can do this!!! One thought ... have you tried the colozone diet? Someone's blog mentioned it and she lost a whopping amount in the first couple of weeks, might be just the thing you need to get that BMI you are after in a short amount of time.
Lemme just go get that addy for you ... http://creating-wellness.blogspot.com/ ... and she lost 6kgs in the first week. We all know that it's impossible to lose more than 1kg of pure fat a week but will help get rid of the crap in your digestive tract.
just eat lettuce and drink water for three weeks - that'll do it! hehehe... KIDDING! You so know you can do this, and everyone is behind you. Go leenie GO!!!
