Bootcamp - Day 4

Goin strong!

Woke up this morning, chesty but after a few coughs and hoiks (too much info I know) we hit the gym. I sweat my ever decreasing smaller arse off - managed to complete three circuits of my "A" programme which is

warm up - 1,000 mtrs on rowing machine

front squats with bar 25kgs - 12 reps
bent row and press with 5kg dumbells - 6 rows, 2 press x 4 reps
walking lunges with 10kg dumbells - 24
boseball arnie presses and reverse arnies with 4kg dumbells - 10 then 5
boseball press ups - 12
lat pulldowns with 20kgs - 12
750mtrs on rowing machine

so I repeat the above 3 times and then finish with 6 hip extensions and 15 lower ab curls followed by stretches. My legs usually start to give out after the 2nd set of walking lunges but somehow manage to pull out the rest of the set.

Today I had an extra special treat by sitting in the sauna for 10 minutes after my workout - the receptionist at the gym put some ecalyptus oil into the water and it assisted my breathing fantastically! Chest is still a bit clogged - had another lemsip.

Breakfast - cereal, yoghurt and banana
Lunch - 120gms chicken, pear, cashews
Dinner - 200gms monk fish, 2 tsps pesto, greek salad
Snacks - apple
Water - 3ltrs
Exercise - Gym Circuit "A" programme

If you love a sauna.... I've got one!!! I have one as often as I can.. it's great for the fluid retention.
