my session with Hamish this morning. Normally I see him on a Thursday, but he asked to change to today. I didnt weigh today - not because I'm unconfident, but because I only weighed 4 days ago! and so I wanna see a HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE loss next week instead :D - will be a great motivator for me ... push myself to see how big a loss I can get LOL
So this morning the warm up just about killed me LOL - treadmill 7.0kph on lvl 2 incline, then dropping to 6.5kph and going up to lvl 7 incline ARGHHHHHHHHHH that'll learn me. I requested not to go on the rowing machine because I have blisters on callouses right now (from last weeks workouts!) and so he said the treadmill and I thought "sweet" how dumb was IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII? LMAO! We did reverse lunges with 10kg twists (hard work), single leg deadlifts with 7kg dumbells, squats and presses with 7kg dumbells, bent row and presses with 4kg dumbells, bose ball press ups (ouch), swiss ball/cable machine seated row - finished with some good stretching - completely killed my shoulders and upper arms to the point when I got out the shower I had NO energy to blow dry my hair! LMAO I had to get myself dressed and focus on putting my make up on before finding the strength to hold a bloody hairdryer! how pathetic am I? teehee - it's funny because I only get through 5 or 6 exercises in the hour, but geeze they are intensive! I do 3 sets of each with 12-15 reps and we have quite good rests in between sets - but I think its the whole thing of him being there that makes me work all that harder and ensure my form is 120%. I manage to work up a sweat within minutes LOL I had another little queasy session while doing my lunges - something similar to when I had my meltdown a couple of weeks ago. We reckon it could be either my blood pressure has dropped, or I dont eat before my workout but guzzle a bottle of water during the workout which causes it. I've got a Dr's appt next week so will get the blood pressure checked and I'll have a handful of nuts before my next PT session and see if that makes a difference.
After my workout I met a mate for breakfast - I had porridge and milk ... it was devine! By the time I got to work I was all fired up and ready to go again - filled me up and I didnt need to eat my lunch (left over dinner from last night) until 1:30 this arvo!
Work was full on today, I felt quite farked at the end of the day and ready to go home - should be an interesting day tomorrow, got a couple of challenges to work on. Feel alive right now, but I need to get to bed - up early for another gym session tomorrow! Roll on Thursday my rest day! LOL

Oh GAWD, just shisssh on all the exercise eh??? I am feeling so lethargic right now and the thought of any strenuous exercise is just tooooo much! Just reading yours is doing me head in..... and this is from a 'former' exercise junkie..... can't wait to be 100% again and back into it. You are on fire woman!

Wow you are working so hard at the moment, taking care of yourself. Well done. I love the way you are doing it, not focusing too much on the numbers, but really acknowledging the health benefits you are seeing, and the healthy changes in your life.
