Not sure what happened to the weather today ... it's supposed to be nice?!?
I've been out and about this morning shopping and visiting my mate Liz who is due in 4 weeks - shes looking amazing - she does have that pregnancy glow! She's having a wee boy and shes finally made the decision that she'll turn up to the birth - pretty good of her I reckon LOL I had lunch out today, I think I made a good choice - it's been four hours since I've eaten it and my energy levels have been great, so I'm picking I chose the right thing! yay me
I've ordered the Metabolic Typing Diet book from Whitcoulls. It is the in depth detailed book that my bible is based on. It'll help me understand a bit more about food intolerances, proportions and just fine tuning the diet. Hope it doesnt take too long to get here. Notice I've called it a diet ... thats because it is, however its not an unsustainable diet and if it really does work for me then it will become a lifestyle food choice.
So right now I must start getting some photos into albums ... nice quiet night at home tonight.
Food
Breakfast - branflakes, seeds, milk
Lunch - ham, whole grain mustard, slice of low fat cheese, cucumber, lettuce, focaccia bread, peppermint tea
Dinner (planned) - homemade beef pattie, oven baked kumara, salad
Snacks - 6 vitawheat, apricot, plum
Water 2.5ltrs so far

Let me know how the metabolic typing book is.... and how do you know what sort of metabolic type you are? If it works for you, I want in on it too!
