Yep another kilo down ... wwwwwwwwaaaaaahoooooooooo!!!!
5kgs in 3 weeks ... nice work!
Apart from my indescretions on Saturday, I had a really good week so I'm pretty stoked with that result.
I've been buzzing on a high all day after yesterday's excitement. I woke up at 4:15 to go for a pee this morning and couldnt get back to sleep - all because I started thinking about the operation. I drove myself nuts, so I need to stop thinking and just get on with it over the next six months.
A girl at work asked me how I was feeling since I've changed my eating habits again. I really do feel like I have more energy, I dont fart and burp now and I seem to be sleeping better, so it goes to show you really are what you eat and diet plays a huge part of how we function day to day.
I'm still off coffee and I havent had any food cravings for a couple of weeks now - so thats telling me I must be putting the right stuff into me at the moment. I'll keep that up.
I had another gruelling workout with Hamish this arvo - deadlifts with bar, swissball press ups, more deadlifts with bar and weights, the rowing machine, lunges and presses with a 4kg medicine ball, powerbag twisting lifts, swiss ball tricep curls and lat pull downs - finishing with another balancing exercise - this time my thighs balancing on the swiss ball, my hands out in front as if I was going to do a pressup, but instead like last week just lifting one hand off the ground and holding for three seconds. ITS BLOODY HARD! I try to squeeze my tummy and bum and hold it all together and the sweat just pours off me! LMAO
A very dear friend had her baby boy yesterday - a valentines present to her and hubby - nice work Liz and Phil - I hope Troy grows up to be everything you want him to be!
Food today:
Breakfast - bran cereal, seeds, yoghurt, banana (good god I'm a creature of habit)
Lunch - chicken salad sandwich
Dinner - homemade spag bolognaise with salad sprinkled with cheese
Snacks - green tea with jasmine, 2 apricots, 2 plums, 2 apples, 6 vitawheats with Peanut Butter and vegemite
5ltrs of water

Oh man, I hope the next 6 months fly by for you! I had to wait 4 months after seeing John before my operation, it was murder! Sooo exciting. WOW 5kgs in 3 weeks, you are amazing!!!
Congrats on ANOTHER loss.

5 litrs of water - wow you must have been slushing when you walked...LMAO.
I am trying to drink at least 3 litres a day and still find I am running to the loo every 15 minutes.
5 k's in three weeks - that's impressive!!
Does Hamish give you different work outs each time? We don't get that kind of attention at our gym.
