So ...

what happens when I ...

- dont track
- dont exercise for four days
- have point free days - eat chocolate, christmas pud, biscuits, snacks galore ...
- drink copious amounts of alcohol
- dont drink enough water

and then throw in TOM and what happens ...

I have a mamoth 3.2kg gain in two weeks!
