It's bloody miserable out there!
At least this morning it was warm, as the day has progressed its got BLOODY COLD!
Um, I have to confess ... I didnt do my swiss ball stuff yesterday and I didnt get out for a walk. I'm so bloody lazy sometimes, however if it shows up on the scales tomorrow its no one fault but my own :) and to top it off I havent exercised today either! :o I have to roll with the punches.
So how do I feel about the scales tomorrow ... GOOD. I've continued tracking and have been on track - I've stuck to my points allocation for the week and I'm about 20 exercise points up so I would expect a loss to be reflected.
I've got a feeling I'm starting to get a wheat intolerance. I've always been a big "bread" fan, but for the last month I've been concentrating on only having bread once a day - and thats usually at lunch time as part of my sammie. Breakfast I have oats, dinner I have kumara, rice, potatoe or pasta. So I'm still having carbs, just not bread. Yesterday I had toast for breakfast - as a bit of a "treat" and then I made some home made bread for lunch. It was delicious but I think I ate too much. I felt quite bloated today and I've noticed a change in my erm ... numba toos! *blush*
Had a mostly desk day today which was just awesome! Tomorrow is a full desk day, not a meeting in sight - except for my WW meeting of course :D
I'm thinking I might tackle my triathlon a bit differently this time round. I'm seriously thinking about doing the Palmy Triathlon on 10 December. The swim leg is at a swimming pool, not the sea! and then doing the Wellington Duathlon which is the same course as the triathlon but without the sea swim on 28 January. Theres also a Masterton Tri on 24 February ... The new sponsor for these events is MORE FM which have taken over from SHE Magazine. Excitin stuff. So I've got some thinking to do before registrations open on 30 June.
Leek and potato soup tonight with left over chicken from last nights roast WOOHOO!
