Thanks

Thanks everyone about the "do" ... its quite liberating getting a new do. Especially one that looks ok, I'm sure we've all got freakin horror stories about bad hair cuts, perms or colours gawd ... I've had my share thats for sure. I must admit I was in a little bit of a state of shock when I saw the amount that was getting cut off, and then there is also that brief ... oh shit how the hell am I going to recreate this new do the next time I wash it!?!?!??! However, I managed to do ok yesterday and this morning so ... it must be a good cut LOL

Thanks Anne for reminding me about getting back to reality! I slammed full force into it today. arghhhhhhhhh ... I'll keep buying those weekly lotto tickets ... and maybe ... just maybe ... "yeah right" - great Tui's ad that.

It took me most of the day to get through my emails. I tend to deal with them as I open them, otherwise they sit in my inbox for days while I procrastinate LOL

I'm back on the wagon. 6 months til September ... got a shit load of work on me to do before then so best I pull finger and get on with it. I'm tea totalling until after the surgery and I dont mean giving up coffee (which I am) but I mean ... no booze. Yep I'm going to turn into a boring old fart over winter, knuckle down and get the hell on with it. I keep telling myself ... Helena its only 6 months, after then you can do what the hell you want, just dont screw it up for yourself now! So far its working LOL Saturday and Sunday had a hell of a headache all day/night, but I'm putting that down to holiday and alcohol withdrawals LOL also had TOM - peppermint tea really works, thats two months in a row now and no bloating and cramps ... I'm challenging all of ya to give it a go if you need some relief.

I want my motorbike. I'm getting impatient now. Got the licence, now I need a bike.

Work is interesting at the moment, got some things to work through following the outcome of a review of our unit - whatever happens I'm in a winning position and thats a nice feeling.

Food and exercise were great today, water could be better

Breakfast - cereal, seeds, milk, banana
Lunch - Chicken salad sandwich, raw cashews, pear
Dinner - Pork butterfly steak, zuchinni quice, salad, fresh pineapple
Snacks - green tea, two apples, raspberry tea (very nice), 6 vitawheats, nectarine, pecans
Water - 3 ltrs
