Man did I work out hard this morning, I think I was still a bit fatigued from yesterdays workout session. I was too stuffed to do my second session on the rowing machine, plus my hands were sore for the handles ... problem is I dont want to look like one of those gym dorks and wear gloves for the rowing machine ... thats just posey ... but im too much of a woose to hurt my hands LMAO! I dont normally go two days in a row, so hopefully by Wednesday my hands will be in better shape and I'll get through both rowing sessions. Crikey.
Food has been a bit hit and miss today. I went from meeting to meeting to meeting and I kinda just grabbed stuff here and there and it wasnt very well planned or organised at all.
Breakfast - cinamon raisin bagel
Lunch - 6 corn thins, char grilled capsicum hummus, rice crackers, brie cheese, half a chicken salad sandwich, quarter of a fresh pineapple, pecans and almonds (pretty screwed up lunch eh?)
Dinner - hmmade spag bol, sprinkle of cheese, broccoli and cauli
Snacks - mini bagel (whats with the bagel thing going on?), peppermint tea, walnuts
Water - 2.5ltrs ... gawd thats shockin

Well, i must be a dork then, cos I wear them!! I'd rather be comfortable than worry about what I look like!! :)
