Bloody 'ell what a week - work is really starting to interfer with my life now ... its just not on!
Had my PT session with Hamish yesterday ... crikey ... its all on in that front LOL my next short term goal ... 2.6kg lost by 12 April or I have to row 10,000 metres .... FARKKKKKKKKKK I aint rowin 10,000 metres so I'm pulling finger out and losing 2.6kg instead! YEEEEEEEEHAWWWWWWWWWW Actually this is a new concept for me, I though he was joking at first ... it all came about cos ... this week, my weight stayed the same ... and I cant afford for that to happen ... I've got 6 months until my op and I need to lose the weight. So he made me commit to a goal ... the reward if I do it is that I'll be 2.6kg lighter ... great ... so the next question was ... what will be your punishment if you dont make it? See at Weightwatchers, I'd go to my meetings every week and I'd weigh in every week and sometimes I'd gain or nothing would happen, or in the case of last year nothing happened for 12 months ... but there was never any consequence ... the accountability was there, but never any consequence. Crikey. Fear will drive this goal dont you worry about that ... I've already posted about fear, a few months ago now ... lets see how close to the mark I was about it.
I've been absolutely knackered this week - crashing at night and not even managing to read a couple of pages of my new bible ... very frustrating. Maybe its the change in time for daylight savings, maybe just being back at work after a fabulous holiday has caught up with me?
Today is Trude Eve ... what the hell is that I hear you cry ... Trude is the name I have given my motorcycle and I pick her up tomorrow ... cant wait!

That's a fantastic way to set goals!! lol
Might have to try that one myself, hmmm what can I think of as a punishment?
I think that you have your finger on the button with the WW thing. I always felt the same way. Would turn up and if you lost weight you might get a gold star (whoopdee shit) and if you put on 5kg there would be no consequence, if anything the weigh ladies would say, no worries better luck next week. Good on you for working your butt off.
And what a great weekend you had for riding!
