Yay!

I made it through the week ... after hitting the wall on Wednesday night, I've got to the end of the week thankful for getting back into routine, eating well and getting back to the gym. It really is incredible how I feel 100% on top of things after doing 3 gym sessions, getting to bed early and eating well.

No headache today, I think I'm over my coffee withdrawals! YAY ME!

Had a couple of challenges today. One - I had a working lunch offsite and two I had a "coffee break" out this afternoon. I handled it all really well. Thankfully there were fantastic choices for lunch and at my coffee break I had a banana and a green tea! YAY ME x 2!

I punished myself completely by going back to the gym this morning - when I woke up this morning I thought wow I feel pretty good after my session with Hamish yesterday afternoon - but as soon as I dropped my feet to the ground I felt that stretch in my quads, hammies, butt, chest and ... well everywhere really - god I love that ache ... mental huh? So it was total punishment at the gym this morning - I managed to get through two sets of everything bar the lunges, I thought I was going to collapse after just one set of those LOL

Food today

Breakfast - bran flakes, trim milk, banana
Lunch - 4 thai steamed vege rice roll ups, 3 beef mini kebabs, salad, watermelon, strawberries, raspberries! DEVINE!
Dinner - Rump steak, baked potatoe, mushrooms, onions, salad
Snacks - 4 cornthins with vegemite, green tea, banana, 6 vitawheat with vegemite, 8 almonds
3.5ltrs water

Absolutely, Yay for you!! Isn't it great to feel in control? I don't feel like that too often these days.

Definitely YAY for you! Saw the photo of you on Sue's site, you do look amazing... can't imagine how you'll look when yoy lose another 20 ! Keep up the great work at the gym, feels great eh!
