Arghhhhhhh that damn alarm how dare it go off at 5:00am! Yep Craig was back at the gym today so its full on routine again. I did my full routine ... its quite exciting to know that it'll be changing every week, talk about a shake up for the ole body! I woke up tired, and it took me a good half hour to get into my routine before I started feeling energised ... I woke up bloody hungry though ... which is a good thing I think - means I'm not overloading my body with too many carbs or protein the night before. Work was busy but I managed to get through things bit by bit and came out on top by the end of the day.
Food:
Breakfast - branflakes, seeds, banana, yoghurt
Lunch - left over dinner - chicken, vege/pasta stirfry, apple
Dinner - pork chop, corn on cob, baked kumara, beans, cherries (still to have)
Snacks - 2 apricots, M&M's (how did they slip in there?), mixed raw nuts, 6 vitawheats vegemite/nut butta
Water - 3.75ltrs ... so far!
