I've lost 80kg since January 2004. 70kgs through eating well and exercising my arse off and then another 10kg through a lower body lift operation in September 07. This is where I vent, skite, bitch, moan, whine, celebrate, commiserate and think! - welcome on board :)

My god, what an effort to get all that info and pics down, good for you. I so envy you your trip, want to do similar with my hubby one day.... when we finally have no kids at home.. hmmmm, might take a while. Have a great anniversary weekend.

Hi chic, well I finally found a bit of spare time to come and have a good ole read about your adventures and you guys sound like you had a fantastic time.
The thing that amazed me was the amount of things you managed to fit in while you were away.
