with no caffine! thats right, no coffee or fizzy drinks since last Tuesday morning. Wow ... cool.
I also went back to the pool - swam for 45 mins, got into a zone and just kept going lap after lap after lap. geez it felt great. Bought some new googles they are bloody fantastic, no fear of losing my contacts in the pool and they reflect the sun also.
Food
Breakfast - cereal, banana, seeds, milk
Lunch - bbq piece of pork, baked kumara, salad greens, cherries, 1 apricot, 1 plum
Dinner - pita bread pizza, chicken, ham, cheese, mushies, capsicum, onion
Snacks - lemon tea, brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds, apricots
Water - 4.25ltrs
