Bit of a fraud

So Helena ... what do the dates July 12, 11, 7, June 7, 1 May 26, 23, 21 and 15th all have in common?

Hmmmmmmm *thinking* oh yes thats right they are blog entries that talk about success, feeling good, being back on track, exercising really well blah blah blah

... so whats happened?

oh yes thats right - self denial, weightloss sabotage thing keeps creeping up and smacking me on the arse. Excuses galore, bad habits sneaking in, pasty poos and smelly farts EWWWWWWW gross.

Yesterday I bought a new WW tracker book, a gorgeous cookbook called - pantry basics and a WW magazine. I've been flipping through my weekly handouts, trolling through the pantry and pulling together grocery lists so that I can plan and track this week. Went to the markets, bought gorgeous veges, garlic and fresh chillies. Sorted the freezer out with the right size portions of meat - chicken, pork, beef and fish. Sorted the fridge out with yoghurt, light cream cheese, low cal sauces and plenty of water bottles. Sorted the pantry out with low fat snacks, condiments, a few WW jellies and puddings. I'm set. I have sorted my surroundings. I need to focus 100% on my food and get with the programme. No excuses. I'm going to ask a girlfriend to read my food diary each Friday. Just for the extra accountability.

My calf/archillies is healing quite nicely now. I went out for a lovely long FLAT walk with Jack this morning and I'm soon heading out to skating. Tomorrow I'm hoping the weather will stay kind so I can get out on my bike :)

You sound so organised hun! Hope you got to skating and had fun... Hope to catch up real soon. And OMG only 145 sleeps to go till your trip - that time will fly by!
