oh goddddddddd what nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww?????? I hear you all groaning *giggle*
Today I made my first PT appointment to go back to the gym. I am sooooooo farkin excited I'm just about whizzing my significantly smaller knickers! LOL I got an official letter the other week, saying that The Punisher (Hamish) has left and I have the choice of a new trainer. I've picked Fraser, cos hes really cute and a newbie - so he'll have no preconceptions of whats gone before LOL I'll be starting ALLLLLLLLLL OVERRRRRRRRR AGAINNNNNNNNN and I'm pretty excited about that. I popped into the gym yesterday and did a bit of show and tell - Jana the gym manager always asks Craig how I'm getting on (and yes, Craig has continued going to the gym while I havent been and hes looking farkin hot and ready for his Christmas holidays strutting down Surfers Paradise! mmmmmmm *dribble*) She squealed, I squealed, we hugged and drank coffee and gossiped for about 30 mins - it was great LOL. Must call Hamish and set up a coffee date, I need to show him the new me and return a book he lent me. I miss him too :( Dont forget to pop over to his website and sign up for his monthly newsletter, its full of great health and fitness tips n stuff. Reminds me I must write a testimonial for him.
Very excited to find out I'm catching up with my old boss at the Koru Lounge Wellington Airport for breakkie on Friday morning. Turns out his daughter has just had her baby in Christchurch and we happen to be on the same flight together! Incredible co-incidence! Must pop out tomorrow and buy a card and little gift for the new bubs, a little girl called Lucy ... that is so cute!
I rode Trude into town via the hospital this morning. Everything in the wound department is looking hunky dory. The nurse packed the wound a different way this morning and pulled out another suture which hadnt completely dissolved, apparently thats quite common too. Sometimes they dont always dissolve and they make their way to the skins surface - your body rejects them and expels them eventually, they need to be pulled out or cut back otherwise they may get inflammed - the last thing I need right now! Trude is a wonderful wee rocket and it was a gorgeous day to be out riding. My mate Krispie and I popped out to Oriental Parade on our bikes for lunch - I had a freshly squeezed vegetable juice, and sat in the sun. I actually got sunburnt - didnt realise it until later this afternoon when I felt hot LOL
Working in a different building tomorrow morning - will see some new different faces - will be fun :)
Oh yeah ... look what I did/was doing this time TWO YEARS AGO - heres a hint ....
