Not sure where Tuesday went ... or Wednesday!

Actually I do, they both went whizzing past while I was running around like a blue arsed fly!

I get a great sense of satisfaction from being extraordinarily busy, the problem is, sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming and I coming to a crashing halt for a period of time. I'll have plenty of time for slowing down post September, but right now I'm on a mission or a crusade - probably both at the moment.

This past week has been absolutely fabulous on the food and exercise front. I had a renegotiation of my goals with Hamish last week. (i.e. I've missed a target and I really dont want to be rowing 10,000 metres as you can well appreciate!). So I had a new goal to get to come tomorrow being the end of the month. No problem ... I can do that she says confidently (2kgs this week). Well bugger me ... TOM turned up today. So tomorrow I will trundle along to my weekly session, swallow my pride, put my ego in check and be prepared to row those 10 farkin thousand metres on that bloody rowing machine. It was bound to happen sooner or later *sigh* Oh well it wasnt through lack of tryin!

Saturday we went to the gym. Sunday we did a glorious two hour push bike ride, Monday I went to the gym in the morning (hour and a half) and walked Jack in the arvo. Tuesday I walked in the morning (yesssssssssssssssssssss I got up at 5:00am!) and then I did hydroaerobics in the evening. Wednesday I went to the gym this morning. Foodwise I've been drinking my water and green tea, eating my veges, meat, fish, nuts, seeds, fruit, yoghurt and not evening thinking about anything processed, sugary or a starchy carb. I feel absolutely fabulous for it too, it just feels such a normal way for me to eat now and the poohs and lack of TOM cramps have been great. LOL

Some crazy things have been happening at work, the days fly past and suddenly its time to come home, walk the dog, eat the dinner and start studying! I've been getting to bed by 10 every night as well, except for tonight because I'm busy updating my blog!

I was thinking of you last night! I went for my first ever visit at a gym, and I touched a swiss ball for the first time in my life, and stood there in bafflement, wondering how the heck you manage to get on top of it on all fours!!! Lol - I just about fell off putting one leg up!

So you will be rowing the 10 thousand metres today? Life really is full on for you! You are on fire!

I think we all can learn something from you, you've taken the weight loss one step further by really listening to your body (which is something I'm trying to get to grips with). Can see how great you are feeling by doing this.
