I've lost 80kg since January 2004. 70kgs through eating well and exercising my arse off and then another 10kg through a lower body lift operation in September 07. This is where I vent, skite, bitch, moan, whine, celebrate, commiserate and think! - welcome on board :)

You will be on your way by now (or pretty damn close to leaving) so have an awesome trip, spend lots, drink lots, eat lots and have lots of fun on those roller coasters!
