I've lost 80kg since January 2004. 70kgs through eating well and exercising my arse off and then another 10kg through a lower body lift operation in September 07. This is where I vent, skite, bitch, moan, whine, celebrate, commiserate and think! - welcome on board :)

awesome photos! so jealous! we had the same problem with the london eye and madam tussauds!!! Has to be done tho, tower of london is fab isnt it (did you see the video/av thing about the queens coronation - i watched it a few times when we there.) Yay, the photo's look awesome and you both look like your having a ball. Looks a bit cold but it is not much different to back home at the moment.
