Let the Celebrations Begin!

yep its my birthday week and the celebrations have already begun! WOOBLOODYHOO!

I woke up quite early on Sat morning - thanks to Craig and the dogs NOT. I decided not to be a lazy heffer and go out for a walk, which was thoroughly enjoyable! After that I felt quite energised and wandered down to the markets for my vege shop, onto the butcher and then stopped and had my eyebrows ripped out (shaped). I'm sure my beautician (that sounds fancy) loves the pain infliction on me, she has this wee glint in her eye when she sees me walk through the door LOL.

Then it was home for lunch, a little bit of a tidy up and then off to skating. I tried roller blades! ARGHHHHHHHHHH ... ok I managed to get round without maiming myself which is always an added bonus on birthday week, but geez its hard! My thighs were screaming at the end of it LOL it's quite different motion to roller skating, I would imagine it is quite comparable to skiing I think - it felt odd how the blades extended past the front and back of my feet, unlike skates were the wheels are directly under the sole. Anyway, I managed quite a few laps and then retired the blades and went back to my old faithfuls!

Last night was dinner at my in-laws. I hired a PlayStation 2 along with Singstar and Singstar 80's ... OMG it was bloody hillarious - I didnt realise just how bad a singer I was *depressed* LMAO - my best score was on the Belinda Carlisle song - Heaven is a place on earth teehee.

So we had a sumptuous Chinese feast cooked by my mum-inlaw - shes just fantastic. My wee neice and nephew were disappointed there was no cake ... cos birthdays are all about cake for them! LOL I got given some lotto tickets - which I've just checked but didnt win anything with - and some cash which we've put into our "trip" fund - just heard Katmandu have got another sale on ... hmmmmmmmmm

Got home about 12:30am after a few too many reds and a hoarse voice LOL Must remember to return the playstation today LOL

So this morning I've had a lazy one so far, done some washing which is waiting to be hung out, had some breakfast - I think Craig is cooking me a more substantial brunch on the bbq a bit later, I'm catching up with a mate for coffee after lunch and then heading around to my Mum's this afternoon to see my sister who has just come back from a trip to OZ. Shes got 800 odd photos apparently so we'll be viewing those on the TV - dont ya just love digital cameras! I'm being spoilt with another bbq for dinner tonight.

Tomorrow we get a bit of a sleep in ... Craig and I have the day off and we are going into the gym for a workout, Craig also has a PT session for a new programme which is quite exciting ... the jammy bastard has lost 4cms off his tum! ... In six weeks! It takes me 6 months ... and thats in a good year to lose measurements like that! LOL Then we'll have some breakfast cos I'll be starving by then, Craig has an optometrist apptmt @ 11 then if the weather is nice, we are going to the Zoo! I havent been to the zoo since I was a teenager ... *fingers crossed for the weather* - if its shitty then we'll probably go digital camera hunting .. we want to buy one duty free in December so we'll just do a scoping exercise in the meantime LOL

Right ... I better get this maintaining fat arse off this seat and through the shower.

Happy Birthday WEEK to meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee *screeching*

Craig needs to be careful - he might ruin the flat slob image for all printers!
